IT Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have strong IT knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple IT operations with accuracy and efficiency.

• Experienced in hardware, software, and network related issues in order to provide onsite and remote support to both the headquarter and branches.
   
• Possess foundational knowledge of server and virtual machine installation, administration, and troubleshooting; by monitoring server errors, tracking system performance, and performing daily data backup
   
• Demonstrate a solid experience of network infrastructure, with experience in installing and maintaining LAN/WAN systems and switches, cable crimping as well as configuring core services such as VLANs, VPNs, and TCP/IP protocols
   
• Conduct research and analysis to diagnose software and hardware issues, applying strong problem-solving skills to implement effective technical solutions
   
• Show proficiency in managing and supporting both cloud-based tools and on-premises physical devices, ensuring seamless integration and operation across diverse IT environments
   
• Troubleshoot connectivity, synchronization, and performance issues to maintain seamless email communication across the organization
   
• Examine and resolve issues related to Windows Firewall and enterprise antivirus servers to maintain system security and compliance.
   
• Maintaining readiness of all facilities for meetings, training sessions, and interviews, while liaising with the appropriate departments to manage schedules
   
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles to capture processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and team use.
   
• Maintaining workstation functionality through patch installations, system imaging Windows upgrades…etc to ensure uninterrupted desktop and server access for all users
   
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in the installation and setup of electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, NVRs, and biometric devices.
   
• Ensure all IT equipment is fully operating by identifying shortages, obtaining quotations, and performing necessary maintenance
   
• Monitor and resolve computer system issues from identification to resolution within agreed timeframes, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
   
• Provide regular updates to the IT Manager on ongoing tasks, project progress, and any issues encountered during execution.

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent degree in IT.
• In depth understanding of office automation products, Desktop & Laptop hardware, IP Cameras, NVR, Door Access Control, IP Phones & IP PABX, Daily Attendance System, and Computer peripherals like printers and scanners.
• Proven experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in a role as an IT Executive or a relevant position.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows desktop, Server /Virtual technologies, Office 365 MS Outlook.
• Knowledge of Wireless Controller & Access Points, Internet Router Firewall & Switches.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication ability in English, Arabic languages is a plus 
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
• UAE Driving License holder.
